Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder is a lifelong disability that affects the brain and body of individuals who were exposed to alcohol before birth.
What is FASD?
FASD is an umbrella term describing the range of effects that can occur in an individual whose mother drank alcohol during pregnancy. It affects brain development and can cause physical, behavioral, and learning challenges.
